Why join us? 100% Remote, Great Benefits, Work Culture, Advancement Opportunities Job Details In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional product team composed of product managers, designers, and technologists. The team will be working together to support an enterprise client as we work to reimagine the ways in which technology comes to life for their customers and employees. We are working to improve user experiences and modernize the technology that powers them. Key Responsibilities: Create functional test plans and use cases Design, create, and maintain test automation code using tools available on (or compatible with) Azure and Azure DevOps Diagnose and reproduce issues found in test and production environments Work closely with product and development teams to create user stories and appropriate test plans Participate in requirements, design, and product backlog meetings to produce testing effort estimates Ensure QA test execution and result validation is being done consistently across QA team Provide leadership and technical expertise on testing and QA as a practice Effectively communicate findings to project stakeholders Proactively identify application stability, performance, security, and accessibility risks and provide possible solutions Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies Be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process Help to establish critical path, milestones, and review deliverables to ensure they meet user acceptance criteria Requirements Five years’ experience in software quality assurance in CI/CD enterprise environments Experience with automated testing in Visual Studio and .NET Experience with testing frameworks and applications (e.g. Selenium, Postman, etc.) Solid experience working as part of an Agile team with product managers, designers, and engineers Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with a high degree of precision using technical language Hands-on experience researching and documenting best practices for security testing and accessibility testing Familiar with issue tracking software such as JIRA Interested in hearing more?
